1. Introduction: This Privacy Policy describes how myselfserve.ai/K&F Ent LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with your use of myselfserve.ai llama-chat-app. We are committed to protecting user privacy and comply with Google Play's Developer Program Policies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
2. Information We Collect: We do not collect, store, or transmit your chat prompts, responses, conversations, or any personal identifiers. All AI processing occurs locally on your device. The only data we collect consists of generic site logs generated when you download or update the model within the App. This includes - Device type and operating system version - Approximate timestamp of the request - Download status (success/failure) - Anonymous IP address (used solely for server security and troubleshooting).
3. How We Use Information: Generic logs are used exclusively for - Monitoring model download reliability and performance - Diagnosing technical issues - Ensuring server stability and security. We do not use this information for analytics, profiling, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to App maintenance.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties: We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your data with third parties. No third-party SDKs, analytics services, or ad networks are integrated into the App. Logs are not transmitted to external platforms unless required by law enforcement under a valid legal order.
5. Data Retention & Deletion: Generic download logs are automatically purged after 30 days. Upon deletion, all associated data is irreversibly anonymized or removed from our systems. You may request immediate deletion of any remaining log data by contacting us at admin@myselfserve.ai.
6. Your Rights & Compliance: - GDPR/CCPA: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data (if any). Since we collect only minimal logs, these rights are exercised via the contact method below. - COPPA/Kids Privacy: This App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us immediately for removal. - Consent & Opt-Out: By using the App, you consent to the collection of generic download logs as described. You may withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the App or contacting us.
